§1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and koko7 ("koko7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the koko7 website located at https://koko7.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the koko7 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered players, contributors of content, and any other users who access the Platform for any purpose.

§2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The koko7 Platform is intended solely for adult users. Access to and use of koko7's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activities on the Platform. This age restriction is in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether imposed by koko7 or any regulatory authority.

§3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of koko7's services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify koko7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

koko7 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of our KYC process, we may require you to submit identification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension or termination and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Suspension & Termination

koko7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

koko7 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

Deposits

• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) or the equivalent value in supported cryptocurrencies.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• koko7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name.
• koko7 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion and to return funds to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the withdrawal page, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• koko7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

koko7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. koko7 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting bonuses.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently or not at all toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates for different game categories are specified in the bonus terms.
• Abuse Prevention: koko7 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or employing prohibited gaming strategies.
• Modification & Withdrawal: koko7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

§6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

koko7 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All games on the koko7 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party agencies to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game session, koko7's system records will be used as the definitive record of play. koko7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before participating in real-money gaming sessions.
• The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• All decisions made by koko7's game management system are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred during gameplay, you must notify koko7 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. koko7 will investigate the matter and provide a written determination within a reasonable timeframe. All determinations made by koko7 following a good-faith investigation are final and binding.

§7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koko7 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical, mechanical, or other means.
• Using software, algorithms, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to koko7 immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward koko7 staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from any criminal or illegal activity.

§8 Responsible Gaming

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the koko7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of koko7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without koko7's prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform's content terminates the license granted herein and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koko7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in the Platform.

In no event shall koko7's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your koko7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§12 Amendments & Governing Law

koko7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the koko7 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory authorities.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and koko7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
